The Anchor News – 17th July 2025

As we come to the end of another school year, I want to take a moment to thank all our families for their continued support. Your partnership has been invaluable in helping our children thrive, and we are truly grateful for the encouragement and care you show every day.

This year has been filled with hard work, progress, and many proud moments. Our children have shown incredible resilience, curiosity, and growth in their learning. From classroom achievements to the wonderful concerts and assemblies we’ve shared, it’s been a joy to see their talents and confidence shine.

I’d also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff, who have worked tirelessly to support, guide, and inspire our pupils throughout the year. Their commitment to nurturing every child’s potential is what makes our school such a special place.

A special farewell goes to our Year 6 pupils, who are now ready to begin their next adventure in secondary school. We are so proud of all you’ve achieved and know you’ll continue to shine in your new schools.

As we head into the summer break, I hope all our families enjoy a restful and joyful holiday. I look forward to welcoming everyone back in September, refreshed and ready for another exciting year of learning.

Wishing you all a safe and happy summer.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.”

Proverbs 3:5–6

Warm regards,
