Hi,

My name is Miss Grant, I have worked in education as a Teaching assistant for over 25 years, however I have been working at St. Clement’s school for 1 year as a 1-1 teaching assistant SEND.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to work each day and making a difference to the children in my care.

I am based in the Anchor room supporting children with diverse needs, in a calm, welcoming structed environment. We adapt learning activities to meet each individual child’s needs, supporting them to learn through play, creating tailored resources and implementing a variety of learning resources to achieve independence, including using visual aids, Makaton and simplifying activities, all in a fun environment.

Every child is a different kind of flower, and all together make this world a beautiful garden.
