Hello everyone,

It’s Mrs Naheeda here, (Nikki). I started working at St. Clement’s in March 2022 as a lunchtime supervisor. After 2 years
I decided to pursue a brand new job role where I an able to develop and learn even more about children with special needs.

I chose this path because
I believe in the potential of every child. Whether its helping them, navigating their emotions, building confidence, or mastering a new skill, I’m here to provide consistent, compassionate support that meets them exactly where they are.

What I love most about my job is seeing the small (but might) moments of progress. The spark of understanding during a learning breakthrough and the first smile after a tough day.

The children I work with teach me, just as much as I teach them. They show resilience, creativity and determination in ways that inspire me daily. Being able to celebrate their achievements big or small makes every challenge worth it.
