The Anchor News – 30th January 2026

Hello everyone!
For those who don’t know me, my name is Mrs. Khatri. I’ve worked with children for many years in a variety of roles, but St. Clement’s has truly felt like home for the nearly five years I’ve been here. These days, you’ll find me in Year 4, where I’m currently working as a Teaching Assistant, focusing on helping our pupils reach their full potential.
There is never a dull moment in Year 4 and I’m loving every second of it! After previously working 1:1 with some of our awesome children, it’s been refreshing to broaden my horizons and get to know the rest of the year group. The energy in the classroom is infectious and I’m so proud of how well everyone is working together. 🙂
Lately, we’ve been travelling back in time to 1948. We’ve been diving deep into the history of the Windrush Generation. It’s been a powerful topic and the children have been asking some really thoughtful questions about fairness, courage and identity.
Have a safe and fun-filled weekend.
Mrs Khatri – Teaching Assistant
